Our Building Philosophy

After having been working on guitars for a year and a half pumping up the fact that we had started to make guitars to anyone and everyone that we came across we had been asked many questions. Some I had answers for and some I didn’t. However someone asked me recently “So what is your building philosophy?” and to this question I felt like I should have a better answer than what finally came up with that minute with that individual.

I ended up saying, “You know I feel like I should have a better answer but basically… Everything has to be perfect!” Now I walked out of the music shop after buying a Fishman AG series pickup and being stunned with the question this man had just asked me and pondered for a long time. Now as I wondered about the question and what I had said I decided that this was the perfect answer for that situation. Basically what I had said was true however I didn’t think about all the factors that were actually affected when I said “everything”. So I have revised the statement to seem less blanket statement and more like I actually know what I’m talking about next time someone asks me:

“TrueAxe Guitars is dedicated to making a musical instrument perfectly tailored to an individual musicians          aesthetic, sound, playability, comfort, and construction preferences. Through doing this we put maximum        effort into working with each individual to determine these preferences and executing them in the highest quality of craftsmanship while maintaining a light and fun atmosphere in the shop ensuring that passion rules over the labour intense.”
